Perfect for our short stay
Visiting my sister who lives about a block away, so location was perfect for us. Great coffee shop/cafe just down the block. Access to the unit was easy, and on-street parking no problem. Unit was clean, and well-finished bathroom and kitchen were real pluses. It should be noted that food prep in the kitchen is limited to coffee maker, microwave, and hot plate (no stove/oven). Laundry availability was a great plus. Beds and bedroom furnishings/amenities were comfortable. We only needed 2 of the bedrooms, but I thought that for someone needing to use the third (front) bedroom that street traffic noise might have been a problem. Only needed to communicate once with the owner for a minor problem, but it was quick, effective, and pleasant. Plan on staying here again on future visits!

Great Stay for Families
Our family stayed for 2 nights. We had 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) and everything was set up really well for us. It didn’t feel crowded. The expandable table was great for accommodating all of us at mealtimes. The rooms were clean and tidy. Very updated and thoughtful touches like a small tea cabinet, games for kids, and plenty of shower essentials.

Our visit for our Aunt's 95th birthday
We felt your place was convenient to the places we were going which was a wonderful plus. Three 70+ women carrying their suitcases up and down was quite the sight!! We loved the beds and the storage in each bedroom to put our items from our suitcases, the closets, as well as several hangers in our rooms were great! The kitchenette was adequate, but we didn't see the cooktop that was on top of the refrigerator at first. It would be helpful if the kitchenette had a sign out in the open that mentioned it. The fire alarm went off 3 different times by having the toaster in the hallway so we could use the microwave due to not having enough outlets. We ended up buying our own TP due to having only two rolls in the bathroom cabinet. The fan in one of the bedrooms had very dirty blades. Just mentioning these small things if it can be helpful. On the whole, it worked well for us and provided the three bedrooms we were looking for. Thank you for your hospitality!
