Although my stay was very short, so maybe there wasnt enough time to fix the battery issue. This is a basement apartment so you can hear the host family as mentioned in the listing. However at times it was LOUD, light fixtures and mirror on the wall would shake. Maybe they don't realize how much the sound travels.
