Only one elevator was working when we were there, leaving people stranded with big bags on every floors. People were complaining about missing flights and cruise connections, and the hotel was not doing anything to help the situation or apologize. The room was quiet and comfortable, but this didn’t make up for the lack of services and support from staff. "Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again."
