One of the beds was lumpy and should be thrown out. Room was dated. Sheets were coarse and blanket paper thin. Room not cleaned 2nd day and asked for towels and received 2 towels no wash clothes, no hand towels, no soap. Overall huge disappointment.

When I 1st got there they tried telling me that I had been flaged as a guest that could nolonger stay there. I've never been to this location or any other Baymout. The lady finally figured out it was her error. Then she says there's a 200.00 cash deposit for the room!.... No the website didn't say that and I will not be providing that. Once I really got to my room it was ok but there were dirty towels in the shower. The shower half work. We had to clean out the Spa tub because it was nasty. There was a door that's supposed to be secured but the lock pad was gone! Smdh.... The pool area looked nice but I wasn't there long enough to check it out. I won't be back.
