Well, my stay was not so comfortable. The tub obviously had a leak the first night I shared with the staff. She took a report brought up a towel, cleaned up the water and that was that she told me that if it continues to leak, then she would put me in another room then she told me to wait until the next day anyway so then very next day I had a big convention that I had to go to. I came in at about 11 PM and what happened is that because the lights were out slipped in the bathroom because there was a lot of water on the floor. The tub had leaked really really bad. The young lady did come brought the mop bucket and towels got the water up. While putting the towels down she asked me did I wanna leave but I was already leaving this morning anyway I really wish that I had a guy compensated for one of these nights as I couldn’t hurt myself very bad

The room smelled very badly, like someone heated up bbq fish in the microwave. I had to go to the desk 2x and employee finally switched rooms. In the new room, I had trouble with the tv, as it had a setting for visually impaired which has audio commentary and could not turn off the setting. I even had the front desk employee come in, and she could not figure it out either. I googled the tv manual which said I needed the LG tv remote. I called the front desk and they said they did not have any of the tv remotes only the cable remotes. The problem was never resolved. I had a long stay at the hotel, and had already moved rooms once. I was overall very disappointed and dissatisfied with the rooms, and lack of assistance. The rooms were very dark, not enough light, the ceiling has stains, and the body wash and shampoo were empty which I only noticed when I was taking a shower. They refilled the shampoo, but the body wash, I was told, was on back order. I was given bar soap as a substitute. I’ve never had such an unpleasant stay at Best Western, and was surprised by so many inconveniences. The pool was very nice and heated, the hot tub was very hot, thank you for that! Breakfast eggs need work though!

Hair in the bathroom sink and tub, upon arrival. Small amount of toilet paper on roll; no spares. Food crumbs and other dirt around baseboards. Hard mattress with thin pillowtop on top; uncomfortable; sore back after two nights. Coffee machine in the breakfast area broken, both mornings of our stay; had to return to room to make a weak cup of coffee. Elevator and halways reaked of marijuana smoke.
