All they had for breakfast was eggs that looked runny, yogurt, and waffles. The breakfast area was dirty and unclean which made it so low. The Outside you could see water damage and water leaking. Also, the walking balcony did not feel save as it appeared to be old wood. There was bird droppings in the stairwell. Also, there was equipment left outside on the sidewalk not only causing the place to look like horrible. Almost every where you walked you could smell that people were smoking Marijuana in the rooms. The only thing descent about the place is that the room was mostly clean but we did have to unplug the alarm clock as it would not shut off or stop buzzing. At the price I was not expecting the greatest Hotel. But I have paid less for a lot better. In need of many repairs. Rickety walkway on upper floor, missing security lock on door, stained towels, no shower curtain at all. Very noisy so didn’t sleep at all. Cheapest option for location needed- still too much money for how bad of shape property is in. When we called to the front desk to ask for a different room they were sold out so couldn’t move us and didn’t offer up an other suggestions for making this better. We called back down to see if they could come fix the issue and clean to get rid of the mold. The breakfast (for someone who is gluten free) was poor. There was a bad smell in the room (we at first thought it was from cigarette smoke). In the morning I woke up with congestion and puffy eyes (signs of an allergic reaction that I did not have before arriving and cleared up later in the day). I am assuming it was to something like formaldehyde as the floors looked like they were newly done.
