"This hotel was great. Location, cleanliness and staff were amazing. Make sure to go to a Turkish bath. Hotel recommended an excellent one about five minutes walk or the bath will send a free transport. Wonderful experience. I would stay here again"

"Beautiful room at the top floor with an incredible view of the bosphorus. Desk staff were uniformly wonderful and helpful. My wife complained that the air-conditioning was blowing on her and they came and changed the orientation of the ceiling. Grid to make it blow in different direction. Also, the breakfast was varied and delicious. Only two downsides: don’t use their service to do laundry, it’s expensive and badly done. Also our toilet seat broke, and the manager was obnoxious and wanted us to pay for it. The lovely woman at the front desk, however, said that that’s ridiculous and didn’t charge us.."
