Good location in Victoria with ample Restaurants in the vicinity. Nice view of the harbour from our room. My one bit of advice if arriving by car is to ready the instructions provided by the hotel as my phone satnav did try to direct me via a route down Yates Street that was not possible. The Hotel mentions this as a likely problem - though doesn’t actually explain the correct route - basically you need to be on Wharf Street to access the short Spur of Yates street that takes you to the car park. It’s a bit easier if you are heading south on Wharf Street but not that important - assuming the traffic is not too bad.

Not what I was expecting for the price. We were celebrating a special occasion and they gave us stale dessert, with a nice card. The hotel, rooms, and grounds are beautiful, but I don’t think the price is worth the value. Also, parking was $40 for one night and they didn’t tell us how much it would be until check-out.
