Vertical 4-rooms-detached house situated 400 meters from the beach and from the centre. The detached villa is in vertical with private entrance and garden with tiles and parking on it. There are 2 balconys for each bedroom. The detached house is on two floors, has a private garden with parking. On groundfloor you can find a large living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette (cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine), bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower/wc and bidet, Upstairs there is a bathroom without shower, and two double bedrooms, both with a balcony with iron gratings.
