“The host didn’t let us in and was demanding the additional charge for the late (after the 7 PM check in). Nothing about the additional charges for the late check in was listed on the Expedia listing. She is absolutely unadequate, yelled at me on the street. She has no idea what is service and hospitality. Never book this place! She also refused to provide the refund, truly horrible experience.”

“This is the nicest accommodation we have stayed at in Italy. We love the design and decor and location. And the steam shower is amazing. Friendly staff and even convenient parking in a nearby garage. Cannot recommend highly enough. They also have a new property with kitchens in the suite. I love this place. Grazie!”
