I stayed here with my husband, two boys (5 and 2) and mom (72) for three nights. We used the place as a base to explore the city center of Como and to travel to Bellagio. Great central location, close to shops/grocery store/ferry, with all the necessary amenities, including A/C, washer, kitchen items, and much more. Alexia was also very kind to provide thorough check in instructions, parking options, and other details to make the stay as easy and comfortable for first time visitors. We walked to groceries, the boat, the funicular, pizza and the churches and shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome.
