Overall staff and food was great. Only issue I would say is that the kitchen was closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so we were unable to order room service unless we had reservations and to find an open restaurant on Christmas Day was hard.

upgraded to deluxe suite for free. great staff and great location. food is expensive ala carte so get meal plan if you like to eat 3 times a day. rent a car is you like going out of resort to the town (1 hr away).
