“The price was great for one night. There are lists of spots on the carpet going through the hallways. Refrigerator was not cleaned out from last guest groceries. Electric out at sink in bathroom did not work. I have to be very frugal in my traveling so I am willing to put up with some issues. The mini split to cool the room was great. Could freeze you out, I had to turn it up. The vending machine was broken i guess. Was pretty empty and sign said not to try to Use. I slept fine, bed was……

“House was clean and well equipped and access was simple enough through door keypad. Close access to TSU softball fields. Dining space very limited, 2 bar stools & 3 very mini stools at small island. Bedding was comfortable and heat/air worked through single thermostat. Kitchen appliances dated - no working ice maker/primary micro wave not functional - mini counter top provided. Step down/up to converted master bedroom and back door very high, potential hazard for elderly & toddlers. 1 TV……

“The house has everything you will need. There was plenty of towels and extra bedding. The host was very nice. We had to arrive late in the night and the left the lights on so we could find our way in the house. It was very kind . The only thing is there needs to be an extra step coming out of the back door into the garage. The drop was sometimes unexpected . Other than that it was perfect for our needs. ”
