It offers an open concept kitchen/living room with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. With large rooms, this home can accommodate 26 people without the feeling of being cramped. The outside offers a great pool that is fenced in for your safety. It has a large covered porch with plenty of sitting for your family with several large picnic tables. It offers horseshoes and volleyball for your entertainment when not on the river. THIS HOME DOES NOT COME WITH A HOT TUB. IT IS A COOL SITTING TUB. Although the eclipse itself was a bust, we thought that the rental house was great and had wonderful time swimming in the pool and the nearby Frio River. The house was bigger than we expected and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Management was very responsive, especially for a few minor issues that we found on our first night. We did find a few dishes in the cabinets that were not washed well (We suspect the dishwasher) , But it was no big deal at all. Nicole was awesome and found us another home that had a working hot tub. Home sleeps 26 but only had dishes, forks, coffee cups for 14\.
