We booked what was advertised as an all-inclusive stay, only to discover upon arrival that it is a timeshare property with a heavily tiered "all-inclusive" model. Food, drink preferences, and activities come with hidden fees and restrictions that staff members explain inconsistently. Restaurant reservations were claimed to be fully booked, yet after escalating to a manager, we were seated in a 3-table empty restaurant. Navigation across the massive property was frustrating: golf carts were hard to flag down, Ubers are only allowed at the front lobby (leaving guests to walk half a mile in high heat), and basic housekeeping required calling 3–5 times. Additionally, a request for real estate information turned into a high-pressure, 4-hour timeshare sales pitch. The initial check-in enthusiasm vanished immediately after day one, leaving us feeling more like sales targets than guests. Overall: Misleading inclusions, high-pressure sales, and major service inconsistencies -Check-In & Accommodation: It's a timeshare property rather than a standard hotel. -"All-Inclusive" Restrictions: The resort uses a tiered system that is not clearly explained beforehand. Carry extra fees, requiring guests to constantly check what is allowed. Positive: views and location.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.
