DISAPPOINTED IN THE ROOM CONDITIONS

Pros: THE LOCATION
Cons: TO PLEASE THE HOTEL GUESTS AND TO MAKE THEIR STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE.
Location: A LOT OF SHOPS TO CHECK OUT, A PARK, TO GET TO THE BAY YOU HAD TO DRIVE IN A COOL TUNNEL, THE TRAIN WAS NEAT TO SEE
3 ADULTS ARRIVE TO A ROOM THAT WAS BEYOND DIRTY. THEY HAD 2 TOWEL AND 2 HAND TOWELS. NO WASHCLOTHS, NO TOILET PAPER, NO PHONE, NO IRON, NO COFFEE POT, NO MICROWAVE. WHEN THE MAID CAME TO CLEAN OUR CARPET SHE BROUGHT A BROOM. SHE SAID THEY HAD NO VACUUM. WE WORRIED EVERY TIME WE LEFT THE ROOM BECAUSE OUR DOOR WAS UNABLE TO LOCK. WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT A MICROWAVE IN OUR ROOM SHE SAID" NO MICROWAVE. WHAT EVER IS MISSING FROM THE ROOM THAT'S THE WAY IT IS". SHE THEN LET ME IN SOMEBODY ELSE'S ROOM TO USE THE MICROWAVE. SHE TOLD ME TO HURRY BEFORE THEY CAME BACK.

The staff is rude and unpleasant, the place itself it's dirty and gross, definitely way overpriced and not worth it. Just FYI there is absolutely nothin around and for miles so beware!

Horrible Hotel-do not fall for the pictures

This was the worst hotel I have EVER stay at, we got to the hotel at 6:30 pm after an 8 hour drive and stood at the desk for 15 minutes, we were then greeted by the rudest person ever, she then gave us a room where there was a wash cloth wrapped around the smoke detector, the lamp shade was broken off, there were ciggeratte burn marks on the bathroom counter, after she was adamant if we smoked in the room we would be charged $500. I wouldn't walk on the carpet in barefeet or get under the covers, the AC failed our first night and we had to pull it apart to fix it ourselves, the pool said Closed for maintenance, there was no maintenance being done it was just gross dirty and not kept up! The rest of the staff was ok, when we checked out again no one was there so I left the keys and remote at their request on the counter. I am not used to the Four Seasons but this was horrible!

Sleeping under a bridge is more dignifying

Cons: To be demolished and built again. Also, new trained staff.
Location: Very bad
If you have some respect to yourself, never come to this hotel. Very rude front desk. Hidden fees. Very bad furniture and dirty, you could get better at thrift stores. Very stinky rooms, I had to put some perfume on a piece of a cloth and cover my face with. It was too late for me to find another hotel. The smell stuck with us tell we got a chance to do our laundry and toke showers. For my first time I felt bad about myself. Stay a way!
