Great hotel! We have stayed here twice. Rooms are nice, hotel is clean, great amenities, friendly staff. Very good complimentary breakfast!

The room was clean. The staff I dealt with were friendly. Bathroom appeared to have been recently remodeled/decorated, the bathroom wall with mirror was not finished well with patched holes that were obvious and not painted to match the wall.

Staff was very accommodating. I needed more sugar and creamer for my coffee and she didn't hesitate. Rooms where spacious and super cozy. They have everything you need in the bathroom so you really don't even need to unpack your bag. Wish I could have stayed for breakfast but I had a long day of driving. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality

The bed in Room 201 was at least 3 feet tall. Perhaps you should warn seniors when checking in. We did not ask for a new room because we were already in that one. But for many that bed would be a fall risk. The back stairway leading to 201 only has one hand rail that goes the whole length of the staircase. Perhaps a sturdy railing down the center of the staircase would help. Also, I had already paid for my room on Expedia but discovered I was charged by them and then at the hotel was charged again.
