"Needs to be completely updated, carpets are stained and dirty. Beds show to be old with depressions from over use. Rooms where dark, lighting was old. "The shower had a cool shower head, but the water got out and soaked the floor each time it was used. The towels and blankets all had hair weaved through them. Was also charged $100 extra without being informed that it was the incidental fee until it was checkout time and I asked about it."
