Love the made to order breakfasts. The breakfast area has lots of stations and room to move people through quickly and efficiently. Staff in all areas were extremely friendly and helpful. Kids loved the glass elevator, open hallways to atrium, pool, etc. Rooms were nice and large with space for quiet times (nap) with still space to sit. Managers special was really a neat touch...the kids and adults thought it was cool to have a reason to explore the hotel for drinks and snacks.

Everything with my stay was great, except for the fact that the heating was broken in the hotel both nights of my stay, and there was no communication about it. The fireplace was also broken in the lobby. I had set my room all the way up to 75 and slept in two sweaters and two pairs of pants to stay warm while it was in the 20s. There should be no exception to having heat when in Cleveland in December. Hotel itself was beautiful and very nice staff.
