All appeared ok upon arrival (beautiful view, spacious beds, clean bayhroom) & we quickly left to enjoy timeshare. Upon our return as kids were getting into the bed and moving the covers/pillows we discovered several hairs between the sheets, on the covers, and dry ear wax on one of the pillows. It was 1am so I forced my kids to sleep but I did go down after to complain.
