great place - really nice owner - and rooms were really comfortable

Nothing did not see any staff until we had to leave after first day as had a health emergency back on the mainland . Were booked for five days. Told them we had to leave because. of said emergency. Front desk said don’t worry will take care of it. Called back after a couple of days. We were told they couldn’t help us. Call your booking agent. That same day got couple of notifications to please rate our stay. The stay we were fully charged for and were offered zero help with.

I liked that the property was right by the beach, having the beach out the back door was awesome. I liked the resturaunt in the hotel. The prices for drinks and snacks were very expensive, a short walk down the street offered much more affordable shopping. Ther was coffee and water, but no continental breakfast, and a very limited amount of hot cholcolate for the kids, if they weren't up early, they missed out. Also, the game room was not what we expected from the online discription, probably good for children under ten, but my grandchildren were disappointed.

The resort itself stood out so beautiful!
