“I had an excellent stay at the Mystic Marriott! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was absolutely wonderful everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The restaurant on site was also really good. The food and service were both great, and it was so convenient to have that option right at the hotel. The only small things I’d mention are that I stayed during school break week, so the pool area was pretty packed……

“The room was full of dog hair, the bathroom had dogs bathing in it and the smell was very pungent, the bathroom had the most dog hair in it, room cleanliness and hygiene must be upgraded. Environment and facilities are good.”

“Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back. ”
