"This was a no smoking facility, but the hallway continually smelled like smoke. There were almost no outlets in the room. One of them was a code violation, the walls are also paper thin and so in the middle of the night you were listening to the TV next door. "

"Its a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. The rooms are old but clean. Beds fairly comfortable. Showers could definitely use an update but had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool but it appeared clean. Our room faced the highway and was pretty loud as the slider to the balcony was very old. The hotel looks to be in the middle of upgrades so I would expect improvements in the coming month's. Overall its probably the best deal in the area. It has an attached diner, is walking diatance to the Aquarium, Shops and Seaport. If you are on a budget this place is for you."

"Clean room. Breakfast not "curated," just normal continental fare. Ice machines not indicated on emergency map plan on door. After fruitless ice hunt, had to ask at front desk. Elevator floor buttons confusing: button "4" is floor four, that I can figure; but what is button "4R" next to it? Dispenser pumps in shower disappointing, typical "progress." Small stuff but add up to lessen stay quality. "

"The hotel is always near and clean for our stays. A few things were a bit off the usual experiences. A desk employee on the 12th was a bit unprofessional when we inquired if our room was ready. The person who checked us in when our room was ready was great. The pool was cold on the second day due to new water added. Tried to get breakfast to go this morning from the Iron no one ever came to take our order despite a gentleman telling us someone would be over. Overall our experiences have been very good here but not quite hitting the mark on this trip. "
