She was so nice!! I say a 4 in cleaning because everything was so clean in my room like almost spotless however there was a few cobwebs in the back corner of the room by the bed. Other than that all surfaced were super clean, lamp shades were dusted and the room spelled REALLY good idk what room spray they use but I thought it smelled nice! The room was spacious, although the painted cinder block walls made it feel more institutional than welcoming. The amenities were pretty standard for a 2-star accommodation and seemed to all work, although the refrigerator did not have a freezer section. Everything that mattered was clean -- towels and beds, but the carpet had a sticky spot that housekeeping missed when they presumably vacuumed. The city of Connell smells like cows, but inside the motel it did NOT; which was a welcome surprise. The lady at the front desk was nice.
