Not too sure how to say, but felt the room was unbalance and had some trouble with mild vertigo. There was a constant coming from the bathroom ceiling with some light patchwork and some loose tiles or torn on the wall. Sadly, it did not meet my expectations for a Hilton. Also, when you change the TV channels, it would take a couple of seconds before you get the screen..odd. Beds and pillows were great and quite comfortable. Lighting was good and everything else worked--coffee maker, iron, faucets. Outside noises were practically non existent, basically sound proof and were near the elevators. Location was acceptable only tricky when going south on I-45 to exit.

One of the best hotels
This hotel is my home away from home when I visit Houston. I LOVE it here. I always feel welcomed and the hotel is always spotless. We even used a meeting room for a family function and the room and catering were excellent!
