"Stunning property with incredible architecture and location on cliff side next to see and overlooking the town. Wonderful staff and owner that offered to drive me to the ferry when the taxi was not showing up on time. Good menu for dinner. Great breakfast and unbeatable setting. The only problem was that although they say to preserve water, it takes 10-15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. Investing in a new water heating system should be top priority. Even so, I would love to stay there again."

"The place is well located, just minutes from the ferry port. It was easy to find and the hotel had sent great communications before. Reception was good and the check-in quick and helpful with useful info about the islands. Room was big and spacious. It’s an apart hotel so we had a small kitchen area as well as a separate bedroom. Shower room was a bit dated and the shower was a bit small for comfort. Breakfast was fine - reasonable choice of continental breakfast.lipari was beautiful - so glad we stayed. One huge bonus of this hotel was the lovely pool area. Only 6 or 8 sunbeds but the pool and the space was great. A fab choice I think "

"Very nice property. Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Staff very hospitable. Most comfortable beds of my entire vacation. Nice pool. Only thing missing was a heated jetted tub. "

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this property. They welcomed us with a cold drink and seated us in the pretty patio while they got our rooms ready (earlier than expected). The pool was lovely and the rooms were cute, very clean, and had shutters on the outside. It was a 10 minute walk into the heart of town. Breakfast was very good. So much better than the photos led us to expect!"

"We stayed four nights and loved this place! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The terrace on the roof was a nice place to spend time in the afternoon and evening, but it was too hot in the morning without any way to block the morning sun."

"This lovely little apartment is right in the heart of Lipari close to restaurants, grocery stores and activities that we wanted to participate in. The hosts met us at the apartment and were so accommodating in helping us to understand everything that we needed to know about the apartment and giving us recommendations for restaurants. They were very responsive when we had Questions/issues throughout the week. When we booked the apartment for four adults we saw that the second bedroom listed two single beds. We had not looked at the photographs so we did not understand that these are bunk beds and are made for children. The space between beds is narrow.... making it difficult for the person in the bottom bunk to sit up without scraping/cutting his head. However, the pull out couch in the living room was very comfortable for the second couple. "

"We were in Italy 5 weeks, and Lipari was my favorite place. We liked it so much we decided to stay two extra days. We used the common kitchen area and had an enjoyable time meeting others doing the same thing. It made our room seem twice as large. "
