Privacy and lots of nature. You can literally be indoors and enjoy nature. Cons: not for people with bad knees as lots of stairs to reach to the apartment. For reference: I did not need it but there were no condiments except salt, no knife, no scissors, no laundry (this is mentioned in listing). "
