"It's over a 170 yrs old. It's Historic and it's dated. It's also rumored that it's haunted. Its not a resort and amenities are limited. Everything is in walking distance. You are smack dab in the middle of Placerville. Huge plus. Convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful."
