The room allocated to us was up a flight of stairs but as soon as Mary saw my wife had a problem with her knees, she switched us to a ground floor room. The bed was warm and comfortable, and we took advantage of the extra pillows in the closet to make things even cozier. Besuch der Cliffs of Slieve (für "lauffaule": nicht am unteren Parkplatz parken, sondern durch das einfach zu öffnende Tiergater ganz nach oben fahren (teilweise im ersten Gang!), dadurch spart man sich m.M. nach eine gute Stunde, teils sehr steilen Anstieg) und der Stadt Mullaghmore (unbedingt besichtigen und komplett außen rum fahren, auch wenn es nach Radwegen aussieht...!). Super nette Gastgeber, die sehr freundlich sind und tolle Ausflugstipps geben. Full irish breakfast war klasse. Beautiful place to stay. 5 star service and the lovely host can't do enough for you. Fabulous and plentiful breakfast. Comfy bed. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Onsite bar. Excellent mountain and countryside views. We'd highly recommend the Mountain Inn.
