This motel is luxurious- there is everything you would need. Very comfortable, clean and the complimentary cold drinks were so good after a day of travelling as was the pool. Unfortunately there was a terrible odour in the room - very strong, hence we sat outside for most of the evening. If this can be fixed - (and from the air freshener in the room it might be an ongoing issue) the rating would be 10-10! Be aware that dining in the town is very limited.

Everything seemed a bit of a hassle for the receptionist on check-in. Shower was terrible, little to no water pressure. Beds were very hard & uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay again

I was charged unauthorized fees by the motel manager. Upon contacting the motel to seek clarification, I was shocked to be falsely accused of stealing towels from the room—an allegation I strongly deny. Tammy, the manager, claimed to have evidence to support this claim but has yet to provide any proof. Disturbingly, she abruptly ended our phone call and has ignored all further communication attempts. This unprofessional behavior, coupled with the unfounded accusation, has caused considerable distress to me and my family. Additionally, the bathroom floor was hazardous due to the absence of a bath mat. When I requested one, Tammy responded rudely and told me to locate the cleaning staff myself to obtain it. There was also a drainage problem in the toilet. Upon escalating the issue, the manager acknowledged it was a known problem and provided a chemical solution as a fix, which proved ineffective. Given this overall experience, I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Turned up and got the key, unlocked door and it was not the room booked. Went back to reception and she said it was already booked. No offer for a refund on the price difference. I asked why would it let me book if it was not avialable ? As I booked it over two weeks ago. I just got a blank look. Arranged another room and received a refund of the difference. Turns out they had contractors booked in for multiple nights so they gave them the larger apartment. Would have been nice to be told before getting the key and discovering it by opening the door. Nice after a 8 hour drive.

The room was spotless however little things make a difference. No toilet roll holder just placed on the vanity..the door key requires serious wiggling before it opens and the only TV available is #9, nothing else despite numerous attempts

Room and bathroom had been renovated, however unsafe design. Tripping hazard the shower didn’t drain. No good advertising a pool if the staff say oh I wouldn’t swim in that no way yuck. When asked for a simple task can I please freeze an ice block due to no freezer the staff forgets. Doesn’t answer ph calls doesn’t make self available. Continental breakfast guest felt was old and dirty. Children playing were told to not play. On the positive free water was given. Staff lacked or didn’t seem approachable lacked local knowledge Overall if u want a bed it’s okay if u want quality stay away
