“Everything was great but found the access a little difficult unfortunately left my phone with access code in the room and it was a while to get it sorted!!”

“The flat was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Heating by electric panel heaters was efficient and quick to warm the place. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a basket of cereal boxes, biscuits and a jar of sweets. There were also tea bag’s and coffee pods for the machine. The beds were very comfy. All in all a very welcoming and good place to stay. 4 stars not 5 because the heated towel rail didn’t work making the bathroom chilly ( a very cold weekend weather wise) and the WiFi……

“Unable to get in touch with the host. Was refused a refund after I went to the property and it was unclean and random person sleeping in the shared areas. Bedroom lock barely attached to the door and furniture in poor state of repair I didn't sleep at the property as I felt unsafe and no refund issued. Does not look like the listing pictures. ”

I rarely leave reviews up to this point but was left feeling like this 'apartment' is a room in a multi occupancy house and it felt a bit.....what's the right word......DHSS ish. I didn't use the communal kitchen as someone in there was, well a bit weird, looking disturbed. I just think I was looking for cheap and cheerful. It was cheap. ”
