Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.

We liked the fact that there was a pool table in the apartment and 2 double beds in the one room. We didn’t like the fact that there were no coat hangers, no hooks in bathroom to hang a towel, no extra bin liners or couldn’t open a window or a fan

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Room was dirty, no staff on site, low battery got me locked out of apartment for an whole night without refund and request for refund on rest of stay ignored. Security deposit apparently refunded but now having to chase it. False advertising that there's a bar, this is no longer open, zero drink or food available on site The place should be closed down
