“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“That’s a very cute little place, no directions at all on how to turn on different things like the TV or the stove or any of the Kitchen things that would’ve been nice to have but eventually figured it out. It was clean, quiet and a cute little place in the country.”

“Definitely has the Wow factor! Well equipped and comfortable. Great shops in the Skerries. Being picky a toilet roll holder would be good. Great stay”

“Very small and only useful for a single traveller! Tv did not have a controller for 90%of time we stayed, so no use! Owner had one sent over at 8pm a night before we were leaving. Good location but not what we expected!”

“Pros: Location of the property is excellent. A few minutes walk to train station, Trinity College, St Stephen’s Green and cathedrals. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, and host provided a list of several recommendations which was a nice touch. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Communication with host was excellent and check in/departure were very smooth. We arrived midday and were able to leave our bags early which was appreciated. Cons: Very noisy location with several pubs……

“What a blast!! The location was perfect for us to spend all of our time sightseeing with little to no traveling. The shops next store had delicious food and great coffee. Exactly what we wanted.”

“The apartment was perfect! Had all the amenities we needed and it was large. I loved being able to open all the windows. It was close to many late night snacks and bars and Murray’s around the corner was a perfect pub to get excellent fish and chips. Nigel was very responsive to all my communications. We rented a car and I was able to get it in and out of the garage. I recommend and I would stay here again.”
