The suite was filthy. Bathroom has human hair over it. The sofabed hadn't been cleaned underneath. There were some sort of fabric and crunched up potato chips under and behind the sofabed. Floor was sticky. Would not recommend.

Common areas were dirty, outside and inside. Our room was a bit dirty too, it used to be much better. Breakfast and pool are great, and very friendly staff

I stayed two different nights and in two different rooms. There was zero water pressure in the shower and the water was cold only. The water in the toilet, however was steaming hot?! No one would answer the phone when calling the front desk and most times no one was at the desk, just signage that stated the person would be back soon…..but after 15 minutes, I stopped waiting.

The A/C unit sounded like a jackhammer when cutting on and off and a helicopter while running. Other than that everything else was good. Went and bought earplugs.

I had to wait for the front desk clerk to come to the desk for check in. I wasn't waiting long though. TV didn't work after we got to our room, but the clerk fixed it for us. Our room was clean and that was important to us. The fridge didn't work well, the freezer was frozen over and didn't keep anything cold. We just used our cooler. Overall, it was a good stay. I would stay again and would recommend.

We stayed here with our youth group during our travel for a mission trip. The staff was all friendly and courteous, and Evie in the dining area made sure we had everything we needed for a most pleasant breakfast experience. I have stayed here with our group several times in the past, and will stay here on our next trip because of its convenience and the awesome staff.
