Beach Villa Verano with private pool

Beach Villa Verano is probably the newest and most exciting villa with private pool in Sidari. Sleeping up to 12 guests in stylish interiors and located in close proximity to amenities of any kind (including restaurants, bars, shops), Villa Verano has a private access to the stunning sandy beach of Apotripiti as well as the famous Canal D'Amour rock formations. A car is not required, and the relaxation as well as fun are guaranteed! With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 WC, fully equipped kitchen as well as wide outdoor areas that stretch up to the sea and are provided with a large 50sqm private pool, shaded dining area and barbecue, Villa Verano will amaze even the most demanding guests. A property truly not to be missed!



Inside, the villa is modern and finished to a high standard. The accommodation is set over 2 floors, with the main living area located downstairs and most of the bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor there is a spacious, airy lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 12/14 and all the appliances for a fully self catering holiday, a double bedroom and a shower room. The ground floor, being flat, is also accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

Upstairs (the 2 floors are connected via an external staircase) there are further 5 bedrooms in total (accessed from the main corridor and separated into 3 different sleeping areas to guarantee privacy and space), 4 bathrooms and 1 WC/laundry room. 4 of the bedrooms have double beds (and even include a master suite with its own balcony overlooking Sidari and en-suite bathroom with bathtub + shower over) while the 5th bedroom has twin beds. The bedrooms and the lounge area are air-conditioned (included in the rental price).



The outdoor areas of Villa Verano are truly unique: finding such extensive gardens within a resort is definitely a rarity. Guests will have at their disposal a private pool measuring 10m x 5m (depth 1.5m), with adjoining shaded sitting area / barbecue for endless relaxation under the Greek sun. Comfortable sunbeds and shades are provided. The swimming pool is provided with an ecological filtration system, to avoid the use of chemicals. There is plenty of space for all the family to play, or just to spend lazy hours reading with a good glass of wine. In addition there is direct access from the grounds to paths leading just in a couple of steps to sandy beaches and even to the rock formations of Canal D'Amour from where guests can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets of Corfu. Although a car is not necessary due to the location of the villa, private parking is available within the premises.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: air-conditioning in the bedrooms, wi-fi internet, baby cot / highchair (if required), maid service twice a week with change of linen once a week and towels twice a week. The experienced owner of the property lives unobstructively on hand, on the ground floor of the building facing the main road side (opposite side of the building), therefore is available should the guests need anything during their stay. This perfectly combines the unbeatable Greek hospitality with the great privacy of a holiday villa with private pool in the heart of the bustling tourist resort of Sidari. A refundable security deposit for damages (in cash) of euros 300 in total will be required locally and refunded at the end of the stay.
