Leondina Country House is a charming villa, situated in the silence and beauty of the gentle hills of the Marche region, which can accommodate up to 10 people. The property spans on three floors, with a living area on the ground floor that includes a spacious living room, a cozy sitting area, and a romantic fireplace. On this floor, you will also find a guest bathroom and a fully equipped semiprofessional kitchen, complete with a convenient central countertop and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Going up the central staircase, you will reach the first floor, where there are three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. The rooms overlook the enchanting hills that surrounds the structure, offering breathtaking views of the Nevola and Misa valleys, with the majestic Apennine Mountains on the background. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: \- a bedroom with a double bed and the possibility to add a baby cot if needed. We were greeted by Chiara and her lovely daughter who showed us around the villa. They were very warm and friendly and had left us a generous welcome basket.The villa was very well equipped and the grounds were well kept. The sunrise from the villa was breathtaking and we were up early every morning to take it in!There were so many different areas to relax in around the villa, it was hard to make a choice. We spent a lot of time around the pristine pool which was great to cool down in during the afternoon heat.The property was located close to the centre of Corinaldo, and the beach at Senigallia was only 25minutes drive away. We have visited and rented many Villas in Italy over the last 10 years, this was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at.
