"When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. "We had a fabulous stay at Alan’s place. Condo was updated, spacious, and had everything we needed for the week. The amenities at Naples Bay are top notch with a great shuttle service to the beach including chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Alan was easy to communicate with and we would recommend his place. We’ve stayed in many cottages at Naples Bay and this was one is at the top of our list! "
