Arrived with little issues but grew fast. No cups or coffee maker in room, yet coffe filter packs were in room. King bed had only 2 standard pillows. AC leaked and called for maintenance. Was told they would arrive with mask and gloves. They did not. We provided mask. Maintenance shampood and sucked up water from rug and left dryer running. But didnt fix AC leak- duh. We had to vacate and find something to do when we previously had no plan to. Came back 5.5 hours later to no electricity and unknown how long fan ran but room smelled. Found Maintenance to flip breaker. He asked we allow fan to go another hour and just crank TV. Tv kept restarting so requested Maintenance again. Tv working he said he would be back for dryer. Never returned. We unplugged and placed outside door. In addition, during stay, showers were in water supply increments. You would be standing there all lathered up and water would just stop. This happened 2 x on all of my showers and finally 2 x on one of my husbands. Despite showering diff times of day. Only one visit tonthe front desk was someone apologizetic. We travel alot and this was truly the worst stay we have ever had. We have contacted Hyatt corporate regarding our experience.
