"La Rocheliere is an absolutely beautiful and unique BnB. It’s beautifully maintained with modern amenities, and staying in a building from the 1600s was an amazing experience. The host was very friendly and offered a lot of tips for things to do around the area. I definitely recommend the stay for those looking to explore the Loire Valley in a comfortable and historic setting."

We booked half board and although our choice of food was more limited, it was really delicious. And good breakfast. Would definitely recommend and book again if we were in the area."

"We’ve stayed at Chaeau du Vau twice and loved it both times , for its very relaxing, with immense grounds, plenty of local walks and for those that do - there’s a good local golf course, the breakfast is excellent, and beds very comfortable, ,- one is made to feel very much at home, can’t wait to return ."

I wish check in hours weren’t so limited - we arrived earlier than expected and wanted to drop off our bags, but had to wait around in the car a long time (since we didn’t want to leave our luggage unattended) until the check in hour that begins at 5p, since the doors are locked and no one answered the door until then. Also wish that they had AC- it was pretty hot during our stay."
