"A great clean room. And the breakfast was great. Lady's fixing the food for the breakfast was great. They stayed busy and they help you with everything you needed. And they made sure things stayed clean. It is so nice to have coffee anytime in the loddy. Feels like home. People are friendly at the front desk. Always say hello and making you feel at home. This is the second year I've been here to stay for a family reunion and my sister and niece stays too. I will stay again. Only one thing. The outside parking lot lights dont come on when it gets dark for a few hours."

Current River Cottage

"Overall good stay! Very beautiful scenery outside, right on the river, we loved that! But the gravel road coming in is long and time consuming to travel to get back to town, the hills are steep and rough, especially pulling a boat. So we enjoyed staying in and making our meals, not much to choose from in town to eat. The front entrance needs new boards on the steps and the bathroom floor needs some cracks sealed."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Checking in was very simple and communication with Chris before booking was great, Chris sent emails to let us know about check-in and check-out. We would have given 5 stars, but we thought there should have been more transparency about the pump used on the other side of the river. It is super loud when spending any time outside and it runs 24/7. Also, it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs that could be taken down to the dock and maybe a couple of outside games (washers or cornhole) since there are no other activities close by, other than the Current river. Overall, we had an enjoyable week, we were looking for down time, so it worked for us. We even had a nice chat with some of the neighbors and the neighborhood dog visited regularly. She is very friendly and had a very sweet personality, our dog, Bear, liked the company!"

"Cabin was very clean! Everything was perfect! Neighbors didn't bother us at all. River was right outside the back door! Word for the wise, this is a dog friendly area. There are friendly dogs roaming. All of them were sweeties. Also, Google maps tried to take us to the end of the lane, cabin is like the 2nd home on the right."
