"Total unkomplizierte Vermieter, toller und sauberer Pool. Ein Traum von einem Park und eine sehr schöne geräumige und helle Ferienwohnung. Unsere beiden Hunde waren überhaupt kein Problem. Bis Zentrum Garda sind es zu Fuß ca. 900 m und der Gardasee liegt direkt vor dem Gartentor. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"New construction, with modern style, located at walking distance of the Centrol Storico of Garda which has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and astonishing views. The place is quite and has direct access to lake Garda. You'll need to drive if you want to visit other popular villages in the area, including Riva del Garda or Limone Sul Garda. "Mauro was very welcoming and incredibly helpful during our stay. We liked our room, beds comfy, nice views, small kitchenette well equipped. Mostly Italians staying at the residence. Pool area lovely. Restaurant has great views but the service wasn't great for us, recommend having a dink here to appreciate the view. Very good value accommodation in a spectacular part of the world. Also recommend hiring a speedboat for €65 in town on the lakeside as that was amazing."

"The accommodation is in a good location, easy walk to the centre of Garda. The photographs do not do justice to the property which has all the amenities you require plus a few additional touches. The view from the balcony is outstanding and there is also the use of the roof top. The air conditioning was a bonus in the heat. Mauro was efficient from booking to checking out and very helpful."

"Perfekte Wohnung, sehr großes Bad, toll ausgestattete Küche, netter kleiner Garten. Ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Mit dem Tunnel vom Grundstück gleich am Strand Corno und in 10 Minuten entlang der gepflegten Promenade ins Zentrum. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Swimmigpool tolle Aussicht und schön angelegt; etwas mühsamer aber kurzer Weg. Auch der Hund war kein Problem. Ein Spielplatz wäre noch schön."
