This house is in a great location, close to two shopping centers, yet quiet and private. Also, it is in walking distance to the beach. The house had beach chairs, pool toys, a cart, and an outdoor shower. The well-maintained private pool was a highlight of our relaxing vacation. Inside, the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen with counter seating, comfortable family room furniture, and the dining area had the ambiance of being at home. Also important to us is good shower pressure and toilets with a powerful flush. There were only two hiccups during the stay that may need attention: (1) we were given the incorrect wi-fi information via email; fortunately, we noticed the correct wi-fi information posted on the refrigerator, and (2) the pillows in one bedroom were too firm. In summary, we would stay here again and would recommend this place to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house with a fantastic pool and well-stocked kitchen. It is ideal for a single family with a few kids or two small families. It gets a little tight in the kitchen if more than one person is trying to prep food at same time. A bit of a walk to the beach but not bad and super convenient to stores and restaurants. Quiet lot with lots of space and a really nice pool that is big with lots of deck space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I wouldn't rent this place again. I felt like the pictures really didn't capture what the place looked like. The house is smaller than expected (cramped with 8 of us), the bedrooms are all on the same floor in the same corner, the airflow down there is poor so it's incredibly quiet, and the master bedroom got very hot. Moreover, the beds were disrespectfully uncomfortable - I injured my shoulder from sleeping on the master king. The location of the rental was good, for sure. The exterior was fun enough, easy access to the beach. There's also a sick wheelbarrow for lugging items to and from the beach.

Its location was perfect for us - close to a small shopping area with great local coffee and bagels and mini golf! It was only a 5 min walk to the beach and the house has a sturdy great beach wagon, so hauling the chairs and umbrellas is not hard at all. The pool is perfect and you can even do laps in it! The house was very clean and had every practical item available - including an electric air pump which we very much appreciated. We would definitely come back to this house!

The kitchen was updated since we had stayed before and I thought it was good the first time we were there. This kitchen is perfect!! Everything that you need is there. I use to have to bring certain kitchen supplies with me but not when we go to Nutmeger. The location of the house is perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach but also so close to Food Lion and all the shops and restaurants. The pool is fantastic!! House was clean and well stocked with beach chairs and other out door supplies. Again one less thing to bring. I highly recommend this house. Our plan is every other year to stay here. My husband is pushing for us to do two weeks one year too. 😊. Thank you for a much needed vacation after this last crazy year!!

The proximity to the beach was great and the pool was great to relax in too. We didn’t feel like we were missing anything while we were there and it made our trip even better!
