Charming Outer Banks Condo

Great place to stay. Condo was very well equipped and was very clean. Pet friendly and was set up for our small pup. Great location for walks whether they be on the beach or across the street at the lighthouse park,

Beautifully appointed and very comfortable cottage!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super clean, extremely well stocked and comfortable home! Close to beach and Old Corolla. Hosts were excellent with communication. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house!

We loved our stay at Salty Kisses. We booked last minute, but the hosts were able to accommodate us and we had an amazing time. The home is new, clean, and we loved the huge kitchen and proximity to the beach. Would definitely come again!!

Girls trip

My adult daughter and I had fabulous stay. We had our dogs with and the area is very dog friendly. And's many things to do with our dogs and some without but we were able to walk or ride the bikes to get to them all. And at the end of the day we were able to relax. The condo had everything we needed.

Early Beach Visit

Absolutely love this property and area. They work well for my wife and I and our Lab. Everything is within walking distance. 3 min to the beach. 3 min to the Lighthouse. And restaurants near by. Great place to just check out for a bit, relax and unwind. The property amenities are coming along with the pool and fitness room now open.

In spite of a difficult weather situation and a pup with dementia which cut our stay from 7 days to 3 full days the property, the host and hostess and accommodations could not have been better. This was our second time staying here. Walk in and you are ready to go with everything needed for a great week at the beach. It is clean, well appointed and no stairs to navigate. Staff is available but unobtrusive. Love this property!

Perfect Location for Fun!

Upon arrival, we were thrilled to find everything we needed and wanted to do was within walking distance: beach, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, the sound, mini golf, ice cream! The property is very well kept: clean, organized, well stocked kitchen (which we cooked in several times), exactly as described, and comfortable furniture. It was the first time we had to bring our own linens on a vacation (sheets, towels, wash cloths), but we didn't mind. We also utilized the washer, dryer and dishwasher during our stay. The size of the unit was perfect for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the provided parking pass for the 4 wheel drive beach just a mile or so up the road which was much less crowded than the public beach. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our trip. Thanks to Salty Kisses for a relaxing and memory making week for our family!

Great stay!

My husband and I and our dog Luna stayed here for the weekend. It was the perfect location for what we wanted-a relaxing, comfortable, get-away weekend. We loved being in this part of Corolla, especially in the off-season. No traffic, easy access to uncrowded beaches for driving and hanging out. The cottage's location near Historic Corolla Park was perfect. We could walk across the road to see the sunset on the sound as well as climb the lighthouse for amazing views. A cute shopping/restaurant area is in walking distance which was perfect for our morning coffee and bakery haul.The cottage had everything we needed-including dog bowls! The living room was very comfy for relaxing and movie watching. The electric fireplace is a nice addition. Everything was immaculate. We also loved being able to see the lighthouse while sitting on the front patio. Highly recommend!

Cleanest rental ever and great location!

Amazingly clean, cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels- I actually liked using my own, felt more like home. The location is wonderful- short walk to the beach. The pool is great, goes from 2-5 ft. One thing to note- the front of the unit faces open beach parking. There were a lot of people stopping to empty their tires on the way to the 4x4 beach. We weren’t bothered by them- the walls on the unit are so thick you can’t hear anything through them. But, it made sitting out front in the mornings less enjoyable. Not a huge concern but it is worth mentioning. Beautiful view of the lighthouse from the front porch though and being so close to the walkway to the beach was a plus so the location was great overall. We loved being across the street from the Corolla Park- definitely check out the Cork and Craft event on Wedndays from 3-6, and we enjoyed checking out the Maritime Museam and Lighthouse which were right there as well. Also- there is a delicious BBQ place for lunch and a quaint beer garden all within walking distance- these were highlights as well. Thank you to the owners for pointing these things out to us! We would definitely stay here again or look to stay at other properties from this owner as they have done a wonderful job thinking of anything you may need during your stay.

Salty Kisses is absolutely perfect! Communication with the owner with prompt, the unit is super clean and comfy, every kitchen item you could possibly think of is provided and the location cannot be beat. We could easily walk to so many places (lighthouse, beach, etc.) and had a wonderful variety of food establishments close by. We had our small dog with us and she received the sweetest welcome note. I highly recommend Salty Kisses!!!!

The location of this property is one of the best features. A short walk to the beach , lighthouse, shopping & food. Salty Kisses is stocked with everything you will need for the stay. Everything was labeled for easy access & very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at salty kisses……..My recommendations would be Banana Dog Cafe for coffee, Cosmos Pizza for lunch , and Paper Canoe for dinner.
