Located in Corolla/ 6 Bedrooms/ 5 Full Bathrooms/ 1 Half Bathroom/ Sleeps 16 Treasure Island is a six bedroom, five-and-a-half bath Oceanfront retreat set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Pine Island. With new owners in late 2024, the home has been extensively refreshed with significant updates, including a complete exterior repaint, new landscaping and outdoor lighting, nearly all new furniture, rugs, artwork and light fixtures. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to challenge even the most ambitious chef, complete with Calphalon cookware. The expansive decks allow for gorgeous ocean views from the upper level of the house. Treasure Island is perfectly situated for those who appreciate extra space at the beach. This stretch of Pine Island isn't lined with multiple streets channeling foot traffic, so the shoreline behind the home tends to stay pleasantly open. Guests often remark on the sense of privacy and room to spread out while enjoying the sand. The home itself sits elevated above the dunes, offering sweeping ocean views. From the top-floor master suite, you can wake up to the sound of the waves and take in panoramic beach views right from bed. The outdoor living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. A remodeled pool deck offers abundant seating, a newly built outdoor bar area, a large gas grill, beverage center, fire pit, and two outdoor showers. The private walkway leads directly to the sand. You'll create your own treasure chest of vacation memories at Treasure Island! Ground Level: Outside you'll find a private pool, hot tub and gas fire pit with blue tooth sound system.
