My brother-in-law was sitting in the kitchen and the chair broke on him after the fall looking at the chair it was glued together several times you could tell by the caked-up glue. Outside of the house, the sandbox was full of debris where the kids couldn't play in it. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere underneath the house spiders where falling everywhere. Broken wood underneath the house. On the front porch, we were unable to sit in the lawn chairs due to broken chairs the cushions on the chairs were old and dirty. The back of porch full of cobwebs and spiders with old chairs that we were scared to sit in and rusted tables. The law chairs they had for use were old and dirty. The upstairs bathroom would not flush and they didn't come out to repair it till after the fourth day we were there. Would not stay at this property again ##### Gian D.
