Spiral stairs from the pool up to the 2 main decks allowing easy access to the swing on the mid-level deck. The spa next to the cabana, on the expanded pool deck with painted surfboards provides a spacious gathering place where you will enjoy making wonderful family memories. The big-screen TV for the living room provides great indoor entertainment. Enjoy cozy seating area in the upstairs nook, a great place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. This home boasts warm, tropical, Caribbean decor throughout and is sure to delight! Ideally located just a short walk to grocery, theater, sports bars, shopping and a five-minute walk to the beach! There are five (5) full and two (2) half baths. All master bathrooms have built-in hair dryers. This vacation home truly sparkles. Avoid Saturday traffic and the hustle and bustle by booking this Sunday to Sunday home! Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private saltwater pool (heated for weekly fee) with over-sized deck, hot tub, outside shower, outside bathroom, gas grill, poolside cabana and a large, seated eating area. Pool deck access to the interior half bathroom. Inside you'll find a fun Caribbean rec room with updated flooring, TV/DVD, stereo, pool table, card table, wet bar with full size refrigerator, access to the pool area, and an expanded bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/DVD that shares a full bath with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV/DVD. Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV/DVD (one with private balcony), Queen Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and private covered balcony and the laundry area with washer and dryer. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Half bath between levels. Top Level: Great room with 65" HDTV, VCR/DVD, stereo with surround sound and access to a large deck, loft with comfy seating, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining seating 14, and a King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD and private balcony. Most rooms from this level offer partial views of the ocean. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided.
