It is closer to the beach than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Our guests enjoy an open, bright, and cheerful great room and kitchen and various indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean views to the east and sunsets to the west. The house boasts a new 15x35 pool (heating is available) with a full-width splash and lounge pad, and a spacious pool deck that includes a new hot tub. The home includes dual tankless water heaters, individual temperature controls for three bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi with a mesh router system, and a spacious outdoor shower. Once you walk into the home, you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout. Top level: Kitchen with appliances, plenty of seating for everyone to sit around for a big family dinner. Living room with a large comfortable couch, where you can have a fantastic view of sunrises. Screened Porch where you can gather and enjoy meals outside. 2 King Bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom. Middle level: Walk-up entryway into the house. The house is very spacious and was super clean. Checkin was super easy and we were able to get in early. When we had an issue with the deck, maintenance arrived quickly. We loved this house and would definitely stay again. Only complaint would be that the beds were not comfortable! 3 of the bedrooms had nice mattresses- the rest could use an update!
