Camas: 3 King Masters, 1 Queen, 2 literas NIVEL DE ENTRADA: La gran sala grande tiene vistas espectaculares del sonido Currituck y cómodos asientos en la sala de estar (chimenea de gas no para uso de los huéspedes) con pisos de madera. Dos islas de bar tienen capacidad para 6 personas y la mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 10\. El rincón del desayuno tiene capacidad para 5 y hay un medio baño en este nivel. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, 2 microondas, vinoteca, cocina de gas y horno de doble pared. Hay dos refrigeradores extra grandes disponibles, uno en el garaje y el otro en la lavandería. One King Master Suite se encuentra en este nivel con vistas de sonido y una sala de estar privada. NIVEL SUPERIOR: Hay 2 King Master Suites con baño privado y TV de pantalla plana. Una habitación Queen tiene un baño compartido (ducha / bañera combinada) con otra habitación amueblada con dos juegos de literas. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y un ascensor conecta todos los niveles de esta casa. La sala de medios / teatro será uno de los mejores momentos de la familia para disfrutar de una película o juego favorito. EXTRAS: El patio de la piscina abarca un área de cocina al aire libre con parrilla de gas y mesa de comedor al aire libre (horno exterior no para uso de los huéspedes). It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Between being right on the water, the trees overhead, and the storms, I am sure it’s impossible to keep clean. Even with that, I am giving it 5 stars. The location is amazing, the view is wonderful, and the house is fantastic. Close to restaurants, and saw plenty of wildlife right behind the house. The beach access point, shuttle and the teens who bring your beach gear to the beach were a pleasant bonus. This stay ruined all future beach vacations as it will be hard to match. Oh.. TVs were not smart TVs, but we were not there to watch TV. That being said, the property is not maintained properly and the management company did a poor job in preparing the house for our stay. There were a few major things that were unacceptable: the A/C system did not work and was not fixed properly even after a specialist came, the outdoor kitchen was filthy when we checked in and someone from the management company had to spend over an hour cleaning it for our use during our stay, beds and rooms were missing linens, and the lockbox system failed and needed new batteries during our stay. The first 3 days we were in the house we had to call the property management company every day. On the third day, when I expressed that this was unacceptable, the individual I spoke to claimed that they cannot predict things that need to be fixed. In reality, all of these things were specifically and explicitly listed as something for guests to address in the check-out instructions, so I think it is perfectly reasonable for the the property management company to ensure that it is set for guests checking in. TL;DR the house is great, but if you have to contact the management company half the days during your stay, I might look elsewhere. ##### Jenny K.
