    This is the perfect vacation rental for your family: affordable and very nice with lots of extras! The home is located just 800' from the beach down a paved path (not a road)! We are also conveniently located just a short walk from many restaurants and shops. Very, very safe for families, with the nice new path to the ocean and the great fenced in back yard with a swing set & slide, plenty of space to run around, a volleyball court, horseshoes and grills. The large pool is surrounded by a huge pool deck with a hot tub and plenty of gathering space. The lighted basketball area is perfect for active vacationers, and lots of deck space can be found around the home to enjoy the beautiful Outer Banks weather.

    2026 Pool Dates: 3/28/26-6/5/26: (Free Pool Heat) 6/6/26-8/29/26 (Pool heat available for $250 + tax) 8/29/26-10/9/26 (Free Pool Heat.) 10/9/26-10/23/26 (Pool heat available for $250 + tax.The pool heat will only work if the air temp is 60 degrees and is only capable of heating the pool to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature.

    Top Level: Cathedral ceilings set off this very spacious great room w/ 47" flat screen TV w/ sound bar, Blue Ray, gas fireplace, dining table, separate breakfast nook, huge kitchen with a long island and plenty of bar stools to provide a great spot to be a part of all the action. There are some ocean views and a wrap around deck with picnic table. A Queen bedroom with a flat screen TV/DVD completes this floor with a semi-private bath, TV, and deck access.

    Mid Level: Reading area w/ 2 chairs, wrap around deck w/ covered portion & picnic table, Queen bedroom w/ Flat Screen TV/DVD shares a bath w/ a bedroom w/ 2 single beds. Queen MBR w/ flat screen TV/DVD & deck access.

    Ground Floor: Rec. Room w/ flat screen TV, pool table, wet bar (full size refrigerator), separate sitting area w/ flat screen TV/DVD, and a covered aread with picnic table King MBR w/ flat screen TV/DVD, bedroom w/ 1 bunk bed & 1 duo bunk, full hall bath, laundry room. Outside: Lighted basketball area, private pool (12x24), private hot tub (6), fenced in back yard w/ volleyball, horseshoes, 1 gas grill, 1 charcoal grill, children's play area w/ swing set & slide.

    Extras: Private pool (12x24) and hot tub (6), 220 EV Charger, Highspeed wireless Internet, gas fireplace, 2 microwaves, lighted basketball area, volleyball, horseshoes, 2 grills, 7 flat screen TVs, 6 DVD players, 1 VCR, 1 Stereo w/ surround sound, games, books.

    Bed Linens are provided w/ beds made on arrival, Bath Towels may be rented for $8 per set. Saturday to Saturday.

Our 9th year traveling as a group of 10 guys with our motorcycles. The house was very clean, hot tub and pool were spotless. Bathrooms and the entire house were very clean. Exactly what we needed and some nice quiet down time once we were back at the house. All you need is at your finger tips and if you forget anything, food lion and bagel place are within 1/4 mile. Pizza delivery is available too. Great house for the money, EXCELLENT communication and the host is top notch through booking and any questions we had. We made sure the house was just as clean as we received it, we always want to the opportunity to come back! Great house! Joe Baumann

Great beach house

Everyone loved this house and enjoyed staying here. 4 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are nice and the kitchen is spacious.

Perfect house and service

The home is beautiful and spacious. The main living area is huge and open and windows everywhere! The pool area was lovely. The few TINY problems that arose were handled incredibly quickly and easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to spend a September week

House was clean and everything was functional. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was really nice having a cozy and private feeling. The top floor common area was great and wide open with a number of different spaces for people to do their own thing but still feel part of the group which was important as we sat out a tropical storm one of the days!

All it was advertised

The property was clean and comfortable for our family of 13. It was as advertised. It is a rather far walk to the beach but not a surprise. The pool was well used as was the grill which should be replaced before long. We were very satisfied with this rental.

Vacation 2024

Great location with a nice walk to the beach. Shopping is in close proximity. The house was perfect for a big family. The propane grill was nice. Volleyball, basketball, swings, slide and pool were great for activity options. There are a few decking boards that are old and questionable. The upstairs carpet could have been cleaner but overall, really nice place to spend the week with family and friends. I would rent this house again.

Good and bad

The good: The house is large, the pool is heated, it’s in close proximity to the beach and grocery stores, and the rental agency was responsive. The bad: This house was built in 1995 and hasn’t been touched since. It’s a rundown rental and in desperate need of TLC. The exterior is moldy, the decks are old and in desperate need of paint, the pool / pool deck are worn out, and there is general bits of damage everywhere. But what really surprised me were the fees for not cleaning the house. Every rental has check out procedures, but this one came with fees for not taking the trash out ($50), not emptying the dishwasher ($20), and not stripping the beds ($20). Requiring your tenants to be the maids is bad business. Cleaning fees should be part of the rental cost, not the responsibility of the renters. If you’re a frat looking for a cheap house to trash on a graduation party, this is it. If you’re a family looking for a nice vacation home, shop around.

Family vacation

We loved the house, it was bright and very spacious, and our group of 9 were not on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and it was thoroughly enjoyable been able to cook breakfast for everyone. Even though the weather was lousy the whole week and we didn’t get any beach time, we took full advantage of the jacuzzi and pool table and bord games.

Family get away !

Perfect family property . Everyone had their own private space & bath . Pool clean warm ( needs a little paint repair) Hot tub very comfy. Yard was nice but needs a little more TLC to make it more appealing for parents and little ones.

Was an awesome experience . Was a great location and house was just like the photos if not better. Enough room for all and the pool and volleyball court got a lot of workout when not at the ocean. The location of shopping was just minutes away as well. Thank you so much for a great experience

Great home Great location!

Two Oaks was as advertised and perfect for our family. The many decks, pool, hot tub and spacious yard made our stay special. The proximity of the beach via a paved path was a plus! Very convenient to stores, restaurants and shopping too!

The house was comfortable for our family. The walk to the beach with very small children and all their “stuff” was a bit of a challenge so we greatly appreciated the beach wheelbarrow. We loved the pool but the bottom was worn and needs resurfaced. Overall great property.

Great place for multiple families

Leslie is meticulous about cleanliness and neatness. The air conditioning was just right and made our stay very comfortable. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, play area, and sand in the volleyball court. A beach cart helped with carting everything to the beach. Highchair, booster seats, gates, and pack n plays were readily available. All in all, it was the perfect place we have been looking for for several years, but beware of the long lines getting on and off the outer banks.

Great vacation rental

This was a very nice rental home. It was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the fact that each room had either their own bathroom or direct access to one. The pool was nice and had many toys/floats for use. The kitchen was very roomy. There were 2 sets of dining tables which is perfect for big groups. The beach access was a short walk away, although when you're carrying lots of stuff, it might feel longer. Overall, this was a very nice home for our group.
