After speaking to reception they upgraded us to a first floor room with a balcony which was nice of them. The hotel is dated and needs a refurb. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast and we said 9am, at 8.40am we had a knock on the door to say it was ready, by the time we got upstairs to the restaurant at 8.50am the our egg on toast had been sitting on the table going cold for 10mins, a coffee was made for us and then they left. We booked 2 excursions at the hotel and waited an hour after arranged pick up time for both. Great location, can walk to everything in the town. We didn't care about the pool; however, if you do this is not the place for you; it's very small and really just for sitting in. They did give us another room for that night and placed a humidifier on the original room to make it better. It was just inconvenient. Also, there were a lot of ants.
